Known chemically as Methylguanidino-Acetic Acid, Creatine Monohydrate is the most clinically proven performance enhancing supplement in the history of sports nutrition. Suggested Use: LOADING PHASE: For the first 3 days, add 1 scoop of M | Creatine (5 g) to 8 oz / 250 mL of cold water, WAXYBOLIC® or your favorite sports beverage and shake for a few seconds. Drink 4 servings daily. MAINTENANCE PHASE: After day 3, add 1 scoop of M | Creatine (5 g) to 8 oz / 250 mL of cold water, WAXYBOLIC® or your favorite sports beverage and shake for a few seconds. Drink 1–2 servings daily. For best results, combine with a diet and exercise program.
